Salad recipes are my favorite not just because it’s healthy, but it’s vibrant colours with seasonal produce makes my dining table colourful and warmth. They are simple to toss together, fresh, juicy vegetables and fruits makes a delicious meal. It’s a complete meal on itself, you can have it as side dish too. Best part is you don’t need much time to prepare these healthy salads. Legumes,veggies and fruits combo pack is a power packed nutrient rich punch to your diet.
Ingredients:
Cucumber 🥒 – diced 1
Kiwi 🥝- diced 1
Carrot 🥕- diced and steamed 1
Beet root – 1 diced and steamed
Peanuts handful
White chick peas – boiled one bowl
Capsicum – 1 diced
Salad dressing:
Orange juice – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Honey- half tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder a pinch
Chilli flakes 1/4 th tsp
Amchur powder- pinch
How to toss:
In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients well . Add dressing and finely chopped mint leaves/ coriander leaves.
Serve immediately. Hearty salad is ready to serve.
